Odette Beris is an independent Chartered Psychologist, Coach and Founder of EnormousYes. Odette has worked predominantly within media/creative environments and was employed at the BBC as an in-house Organisational Psychologist. 
She has also done lots of other things; run her own career coaching consultancy, headhunted journalists and editors and designed assessments for jobs.
Outside of psychology, Odette writes and records music. Recently, she released her debut album of songs ‘Another Day‘ and last year, she released an EP ‘You Were Summer‘ with Julien Boulier.
She is energised by working in partnership with individuals to help them recognise what they love to do and then encourage them to take action to make it happen.
